Our dedicated team of certified professionals is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with autism and their families. With diverse backgrounds in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, and education, each member brings a unique set of skills and insights to our practice.

Meaghan Schickling

Clinical Director

Meaghan Schickling is an experienced Clinical Director specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis. Meaghan attended Penn State University where she obtained her Master's degree in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis. While at Penn State, Meaghan had the opportunity to teach English in Germany and support their development of special education programs. As a firm believer in open communication, Meaghan fosters a culture of collaboration among team members, ensuring everyone feels valued and heard. Her hands-on leadership style empowers staff to implement effective behavioral strategies that promote meaningful progress for clients. With over 10 years in the field, she is known for her dedication and compassion. Meaghan strives to create a supportive environment where clients and staff can thrive.

Lynsey Hasher

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Lynsey Hasher is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Education for 5 years. She attended Penn State University where she received her Master's Degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. Lynsey has experience working in both the school system and clinical field. She's gained experience with many clients of vastly different ages and skill sets. She loves to learn from her clients and expand on their own strengths. In her free time, she enjoys sewing, photography, and spending time with friends and family.

Melissa Kelly

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Melissa is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis as a BCBA for the past 10 years. She attended St. Joseph's University where she received her Post Master's Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. Melissa enjoys working across school and home settings, specializing in younger children and parent training. Melissa utilizes the skills and knowledge of all team members to build a strong system of programming and support for her clients. In her free time, Melissa enjoys coaching gymnastics, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Dina Stevens

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

As a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Dina Stevens has been making an impact in the ABA field since 2015. She excels at crafting individualized, adaptive strategies that cater to each client's unique needs. Her passion for promoting positive behavioral changes is evident in her use of evidence-based practices, all delivered with a compassionate touch. Outside of work, Dina loves spending quality time with her family, enjoying karaoke and trivia nights, and relaxing with a warm cup of cocoa while binge-watching the Lord of the Rings trilogy. We’re thrilled to have such a caring and compassionate BCBA join our Georgia team!

Mindy Rosenblum

Medical Consultant

Mindy Rosenblum, MD, is a Board Certified Pediatrician and Board Certified Pediatric Endocrinologist. Dr. Rosenblum graduated from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. After her internship and residency at Einstein, Dr. Rosenblum did a fellowship at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in Pediatric Endocrinology. She has been in pediatric practice for the last forty years and recently retired from the practice of general pediatrics at Advocare Main Line Pediatrics. Dr. Rosenblum has extensive experience with neurotypical and neurodiverse children and their families. She is continuing her medical career by focusing on the diagnosis of autism in children. Dr. Rosenblum completed an ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule-2) training program and CARS2 (Childhood Autism Rating Scale-2) training program.

Diana Safier

Medical Consultant

A Physician Assistant, Diana holds two bachelor’s degrees, both from Touro College; one in science and the other in psychology. She earned her masters degree from Touro’s Physician Assistant program.

BCBAs

A Board Certified Behavior Analysts holds a Master's degree and passed an exam required by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board. BCBAs conduct assessments, design customized client care plans, and oversee implementation of ABA interventions.
